How deep does this rabbit hole go? Almost 12 months into the Obama presidency, I should know better than to be surprised at anything that goes on these days - ESPECIALLY in WASHINGTON D.C. I must admit that I did not think that the Copenhagen Summit was a big deal anymore (at least for now) since congress has not yet succeeded in passing the oh-so-unnecessary, uber expensive job killing Cap and Trade Legislation. Between Lord Monckton's warning that Copenhagen would endanger the sovereignty of the US via a climate treaty, and the more recent CLIMATEGATE e-mail scandal, I made the mistake of telling myself that "Obama can't do anything in Copenhagen without legislation" Hell, until a few days ago, he was only going to attend the first day on his way to retrieve his NObel Peace Prize in Oslo. Yesterday the EPA announced that CO2 and other "greenhouse gases" are "hazardous to human health", thus subject to regulation by the EPA. Just a coincidence I'm sure.... yeah, right. I have a feeling that Obama's Regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein (author of Nudge and other books that discuss ways to gain control over the population in a gradual and subversive way) May have had a little something to do with this. I must admit it is both sick and brilliant - finding yet another...
