Obama Takes New Route to Opposing Parts of Laws - NYTimes.com

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is lowering the volume in a long-running argument between Congress and the executive branch over when, if ever, a president has the power to bypass federal statutes he has signed into law.

This speaks volumes on the sliminess of the Obama Administration and the Left. Picking and choosing which rules and laws they will abide by whenever it suits them/changing the rules as they go along their merry way. This is FASCISM. The EPA announcing its finding that CO2 is a pollutant, and can be regulated by their agency. Deals have been cut behind closed doors with the Administration's pet special interests (SEIU, AARP, ACORN, GREEN FOR ALL) big businesses (GOOGLE, GE, GM), Banks, and Big Pharma. To them, it's not "if" the bills pass, it is "when"
