EPA declares war on taxpayers

27 Feb 10 - A recent Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) ruling declaring CO2 a harmful pollutant will generate hundreds of new regulations that will drive up the cost of living for financially strapped Americans while severely burdening small businesses and hampering U.S. competitiveness in the world marketplace.
